SERVICE

We make not guarantee of fulfillment timelines of services. We will work with you on scheduling, but scheduling is subject to both your availability and ours. Failure to show to a scheduled appointment without due notice for cancellation (24 hours or extenuating circumstances) will result in the full charge being assessed.

PRODUCT

We make every effort to make sure every product leaving our store is 100% up to standards. Items that are hand made by our staff may differ slightly from pictures provided and will have a lead time (stated in the product) to allow our staff to make the product for you. Personalized products cannot be returned once made unless obvious damage occurred during transit.
